Your html that embeds ChessFlash includes two instances of
"<iframe " but that should be
"<iframe ". That is preventing it from working on the iPad. The quote marks " should not be included.

Sorry, the html I entered in the comment above was decoded so it doesn't show what I was trying to say. Without the dashes, you have iframe-&-n-b-s-p-; but that should just be iframe
